Can we take individual photos anytime?

Yes, you can take individual photos anytime during photo dates or come to any of our photo sessions and take individual photos. check our Photo Schedule for dates and times or call us.

 

Do we have to pay postage for photos?

Pictures are delivered to the coaches before the season is over. Postage is optional and is good for those who are gone on vacation or if you want your photos mailed to you. Late orders or reorders may need to pay postage, since those photos will come back later. Also photos taken late in the season may need to pay for postage.

 

Can we write one check for siblings or more than one order?

Yes, you can write one check for siblings or other orders, just hand those orders in at the same time with that payment.

 

Can we reorder photos?

Yes, you can reorder photos. You can call, send email or fax your reorder in. There is a $2 reorder charge. To pay for your reorder you can send a check, call or fax your Visa or Master Card info into us or pay with pay pal with our email.

Can we view photos online?

No, because we do a high volume of sports photos and to get photos back out during the season, it does not work out to view your photos before ordering. We recommend ordering a small order first, then if you want more photos you can order more.

 

What does die cut mean?

Die cut means round corners, our wallet photos are die cut with round corners.

 

Can we retake an individual photo?

Yes, you can retake your individual photo when we are taking other photos. Call for dates and times or look at our Photo Schedule. Not all dates are on the photo schedule, so you can call for other times.
